I have a similar cake recipe which is just yellow/ white box cake mix but instead of water I use root beer and it's so good! I also put some root beer extract in the frosting to give it that extra flavor

I'm sorry you went through this. I work at a workers Union and it makes me so sad that we have this culture today that "victim blame" workers and excuse employers from their responsibility. Here in Australia mental health is included on work health and safety rules, but even here that kind of shit stills happens. Is the type of "work related injury" that is really hard to prove (kind of like sexual harrassment). I hope we, as a society, can improve on this!

Ahhhh yes. I remember my first corporate job out of college. I worked and worked and burnt myself out and worked some more. They noticed, and guess what they did? They just gave me more work! Biggest lesson - don’t ever think a big company gives two sh*ts about you, they don’t. Save yourself.
